Job Description

Bouygues UK have an opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to assist the Office Manager with the Site Administration and Community Liaison activities on site in East London.

Duties

-Assist the site admin team with site administrative tasks such as binding, printing and filing as required by the site team. Update site administrative information and maintain processes. Use Microsoft Office systems to facilitate the admin processes - preparing reports and presentations as required. Assist the other project administrators as required.

-Assist the Office Manager with all activities relating to the Site Corporate Social Responsibility plain liaising with key stakeholders.

-Assist in the maintenance of the site Training Matrix and book relevant courses for the site as required.

-Assist in the production of the site Monthly Residential Newsletter publication.

-Assist in promoting site internal communications using BYUK platforms (Yammer) and other social media platforms.

-Promote BYUK site activities externally liaising with the Communication and Office Manager

-Maintain the CSR complaint register for the project

-Assist the Office manager in the collation of site reports and presentations as required

-Plan & organise specific CSR activities & events, including school / university / site visits, charity events etc. maintaining a site CSR tracker

-Encourage links between the company, client, partner organisations, communities and educational or charitable groups

-Asist in the development of the Site Work Experience program and working with local schools and organisations to promote site opportunities.

Essential Skills

-Excellent MS office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to prioritize workload according to demanding deadlines

-Able to act on their own initiative

Desirable Skills

-First Aid Training Certificate

-Fire Marshall Training Certificate

-CSR or Community engagement experience

-Social Medial experience
