We're looking for a Corporate Compliance Analysts to join us in Peterborough. We're looking 2x roles, one at a junior level and one at a senior level.

You will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Compliance and Risk Manager with analytical and reporting activity, including Corporate and Partner sales areas. This is an exciting and varied role working alongside our corporate customers and clients to ensure they and our business are protected. You will preferably of had previous experience of onboarding corporate customers, as well as some basic knowledge of AML legislation.

This is a junior level role with opportunities to learn and develop from an experienced team.

What will you be doing?

  • Compliance and Risk analysis & support of all activity in the country area as relevant/required, including Corporate and partners sales areas, across processes relevant to the role, including:
  • Regulatory analysis & report in g for the country relevant e.g. IUAR/ SAR & Sanction s alerts/ escalation s & report filings, FIU/LEA engagement
  • Analysis & support of Operation al Compliance Control for onshore processes for their country e.g. Due Diligence (Corporate & Consumer), control checks, training, transact ion monitoring alerts and escalations
  • Support the Risk management framework as relevant/required in the country
  • Internal Reporting - compilation, provision & support of the relevant & appropriate global & local Compliance & Risk reporting frameworks are functioning & operational within the country area; ensure feeds & consistency with Global Standards
  • Maintain sound professional working relationships with other Compliance & Risk Team s, Business Development Management as well as Support & Shared Service colleagues, business staff and management, building their confidence and acquiring an understanding of the business
  • Produce accurate, timely and relevant Ml for the Global Compliance & Risk Reporting Framework including; Local internal reporting, External regulatory reporting, Relevant Country area Management Teams and Relevant Country area Legal Entity Boards & Risk Committees
  • Responsible for supporting & maintaining pro-active and regular communication with other areas of Compliance & Risk and the business in relation to the Country, including and support/ shared services.
  • Actively communicate and seek feedback from colleagues and customers.
  • Communicate daily and weekly delivery performance levels to your team.
