We are currently looking for a Junior | Governance Coordinator to strengthen our Governance & Analytics team.

Job Description

The Governance Coordinator will provide support and coordination to group and business processes. This includes activities within the RC&TS department, related to;

  • Document & Training coordination;
  • Audit preparation;
  • Change control support;
  • Authorized Representative/ Economic Operator contract management (EU MDR).

We offer you a position that allows you to work with different parts of the organization.

Next to this, you will be involved in active improvement processes.

You are expected to work independently on your assigned tasks and projects and will be part of the Governance & Analytics team.

Responsibilities of the Governance Coordinator also include:

  • Ensuring all process documentation and guidance on the internal processes, relating to how we work, are frequently reviewed and updated as required.
  • Maintains, coordinates and documents (where needed) the departmental training matrix.
  • Keeps oversight of timely training completion.
  • Overseeing the on boarding process to introduce new starters.
  • Responsible for executing document control; acts as change agent for the Document Management System.
  • Development & maintenance of audit playbooks and coordination / preparation for (un)planned departmental audits.
  • Acting as representative of the department on Business Contingency Management.
  • Maintaining relationships with EMEA Quality Governance organization.

The successful Governance Coordinator will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Work experience 0 – 3 years;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership;
  • The ability to handle several tasks and projects at once in a high pace environment and prioritize accordingly;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills - specifically Excel and Word;
  • Drive stakeholders to deliver actions and initiatives;
  • An excellent communicator with strong English oral and written skills.
