Graduate programme

Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.

Technology

We recognise that to bring value to our clients, we need to provide the best advice around technological innovation. With us, you’ll be at the forefront of new initiatives and explore emerging technologies and trends to help businesses. Whether that’s helping clients understand how technology can help them unlock their potential and protect their businesses, or using big data to provide insight and help steer strategy.

Cyber Security

In Cyber Security we deal with some of the most urgent issues facing businesses and governments today. We help organisations from all sectors operate securely in the digital world. Our expertise enables clients to resist, detect and respond to cyber attacks. In our Core Advisory team, you’ll work globally to support our clients across the public, private and financial sectors, helping them to understand and reduce their cyber risks.

You’ll be focused on supporting a broad range of risk and business consulting specialisms, helping our clients to manage their exposure to cyber risk.

Some of the services we offer to our clients include

  • Assessing and measuring their exposure to cyber security risk
  • Developing a strategy and vision for tackling cyber security
  • Designing and implementing the secure IT architecture a client needs to be secure
  • Designing and putting in place security training and awareness programmes
  • Gaining experience of security operations and incident response.

What you’ll gain

The Core Advisory pathway is a two year programme which is broken into four rotations of 6 months duration. Each of these will allow you to gain the diverse experience need to develop a broad range of cyber security skills and expertise. At the end of the two year rotation period you will have the opportunity to opt for an additional 1 year rotation into one of our technical specialisms.
