What are we looking for?

As the successful Project Management Intern, you will ultimately be responsible for assisting in developing BSH relationships with Insurance Companies and business partners – both internal and external to support our colleagues and key accounts.

This includes:

  • Ensure quality standards are implemented and adhered to in all parts of organisation
  • Assist in multi-disciplinary teams in researching and implementing process improvements by participating in local (GB) and International projects within Customer Service.
  • Discuss and promote new business opportunities to increase our repair turnover
  • Improve internal processes that concern the business with our insurance partners
  • Assist in promoting BSH Customer Service among our retail partners and within BSH, including supporting at service performance reviews.
  • Support working in a multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of a project.
  • Assist in developing BSH relationships with Insurance Companies and business partners – both internal and external to support our colleagues and key accounts
  • Ensure quality standards are implemented and adhered to in all parts of organisation
  • Assist in multi-disciplinary teams in researching and implementing process improvements by participating in local (GB) and International projects within Customer Service

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be resourceful, an effective communicator and able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will also have:

  • Knowledge of Project management methodology and managing business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office including Power Point and Excel
  • Project Management (desirable)
