Clifford Chance Dr@ft is an automated templating service that the firm provides to its customers. Customers are increasingly looking at ways in which to automate their internal processes and Clifford Chance Dr@ft provides a system to consistently produce highly accurate, tailored documentation in a fraction of the time of traditional drafting methods through the creation of customer-specific questionnaires.We are looking for a in our Amsterdam office who will be working with Product Owners and Account Managers and who will be responsible for supporting the life-cycle, delivery, management and longer-term service improvement of Clifford Chance Dr@ft used by Clifford Chance Applied Solutions customers and Clifford Chance clients globally.

The role

The Document Automation Specialist will work within a small team in a role that will be varied and challenging. This role involves regular communication with customer contacts, legal practice areas, partners, colleagues in overseas offices and support teams.The primary focus will be on automating templates using a variety of software tools including Contract Express. All necessary training to ensure the successful candidate is fully involved in supporting the business at the earliest opportunity will be provided.

The role has the following key responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries relating to Clifford Chance Dr@ft;
  • Consulting with customers for the development of new automated templates;
  • Resolving customer queries and issues or escalating where necessary;
  • Designing user experiences in the form of tailor made questionnaires for the generation of documents;
  • Coordinating the development of templates with customers, the wider Clifford Chance Dr@ft team and traditional fee earners;
  • Support pre-sales activities through key customer conversations and product demonstrations.

Generally maintaining templates and updating existing templates to reflect changes in regulations or specific customer requests;Involved with the rigorous testing of templates, and recording and reporting on testing;Development and maintenance of the product roadmap and product backlog;Support Release Planning and Release content via prioritised Features;Establishes feature acceptance criteria.
