We are now looking for full and part time Support Workers to join our team in the Woking community to support adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in their own homes. This role will mainly cover the areas of Knaphill, Goldsworth Park and Maybury. There may be some requirements to cover the Addlestone and Chertsey area as well.
Due to the nature of this role it is essential for successful applicants to hold a full valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, share our Avenues values and be enthusiastic to get involved in a variety of activities in the home and out within the community.
While you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of social care, full training is provided and you will also be supported in your new role by your local team, from day one.

Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering between the hours of 7am – 10pm however there may be some over night shifts available as well (subject to change).
Our pay is £17,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits + mileage.
