We are now looking for Support Workers to join our team in Chobham to support adults people who have learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication and behaviours that challenge in a registered care home.

Due to the service having a service vehicle it is highly desirable for applicants to hold a full valid driving licence and beneficial to have their own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, share our Avenues values and be enthusiastic to get involved in a variety of activities in the home and out within the community.

While you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of social care, full training is provided and you will also be supported in your new role by your local team, from day one.

 What we offer you;

Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering usually early mornings, late and night shifts (7/8am-2pm, 2pm-7/9pm, 8:45pm-7:15am and sleep ins 10pm-7am; subject to change).

Our pay is £17,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits.
