New Bank Support Worker roles – jobs that make a difference

We are now looking for Bank Support Workers to join our teams in Chertsey to work with adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge on a zero hour contract.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, share our Avenues values and be enthusiastic to get involved in a variety of activities in the home and out within the community.
While you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of social care, full training is provided and you will also be supported in your new role by your local team, from day one.

Working shifts are usually early mornings, late and night shifts which are managed by our own Resourcing Team.
Our pay for this role is £8.25 per hour + holiday payment + benefits.
The following rates also apply:
Waking Nights (Monday to Friday) - £10.00 per hour
Saturday Day Shifts - £10.25 per hour
Saturday Night Shifts - £10.50 per hour
Sunday Day Shifts - £11.25 per hour
Sunday Night Shifts - £11.50 per hour
