Job Description

About the Position                           

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Management Assistant to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The management Assistant position lies within the European Commercial Benelux. You’ll be providing efficient and excellent support and act with integrity and speed as the Assistant to several Commercial Benelux Leaders. The role requires someone who can work independently in a fast-moving environment where priorities change frequently. You must be able to communicate in a friendly and open way, yet aware and able to set priorities and act accordingly. The role requires someone who can balance the needs and requirements of different stakeholders and the ability and desire to be a key spoke in the wheel of the commercial organisation.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

• Dealing with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and pressure at times
• Knowing the business, encourage and demonstrate a team approach and be aware of and sensitive to office politics
• Provide accurate support on a high level
• Screen incoming communications and act independently on them
• Complex calendar management and meeting agenda’s
• Maintain personal records of all key reports
• Administrative tasks such as expense management, travel management, independent budget control
• Point of contact for external and internal enquiries to the commercial Benelux
• Willingness to take on special projects and have the flexibility, commitment, energy and drive to see projects through to a conclusion
• Able to host and arrange special events

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• A Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably Business Administration in Hotel Management)
• Significant flexibility of working hours depending on workload
• Proven experience
