Location: Amsterdam with option to relocate to Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Finland after 12 months

Success Graduate Program

This is a unique 12-month experience for diverse graduate talent in various full-time roles within our post-sales strategy and services and technical sales organizations. It offers continuous development and growth opportunities centered on comprehensive learning paths, direct involvement in customer engagements, coaching and mentoring programs, and challenging career opportunities, all the while being part of a global graduate community. For our 2020 intake, we are seeking graduates from all across Europe, though you will be aligned to a base at one of our six main offices in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris, or Madrid.

What will you be doing?

The teams you will join during the program include:

  • Success Management team: be your customer's trusted advisor by providing guidance on adoption and how to accelerate business value through their use of Salesforce.
  • Roles: Associate Success Manager
  • Pre-Sales Consulting: work with sales teams to prove the value of the Salesforce platform to potential customers through discovery workshops and high impact Salesforce demonstrations.
  • Roles: Associate Solution Engineer, Associate Demo Engineer
  • Location: This role is located in our office in Dublin, Ireland

PHASE 1: DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS AND SALESFORCE SKILLS

As a Success Graduate, your journey will begin with a 2 month onboarding and enablement program, during which you will:

  • develop a deep understanding of our products and business
  • learn critical soft skills and consulting skills you’ll need to develop into your role
  • build your network with your graduate cohort

Key experiences and programs in this phase:

  • Trailhead
  • Industry recognized Salesforce Certifications
  • Training sessions and bootcamp with your cohort

PHASE 2: SHADOW SALESFORCE PROFESSIONALS AND LEARN FROM THE BEST

From month three, you will:

  • build your practical skills and expertise through shadowing and supporting your functional team
  • take on your own deliverables within team remit
  • deliver impact through program activities, special projects

Key experiences and programs in this phase:

  • Continuing on Trailhead and Certifications
  • Volunteering and ProBono projects
  • Graduate Committees

PHASE 3: BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUR TEAM

From month six, to the end of the program, you will:

  • make valuable contributions to our customers through direct engagements
  • carry your own responsibilities as a member of your functional team
  • engage cross-functionally to drive breadth of competencies or explore other functions

Key experiences and programs in this phase:

  • Deep-dive Role Workshops
  • Cross-functional shadowing or special projects
  • Monthly Graduate Enablement Days
