Job purpose

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring TMF Group is hiring the best possible talent. You will be the first point of contact for the Hiring Managers and external parties like Universities and Study Associations. In this role you are responsible for the complete recruitment process and for optimizing our external relations with Universities and Study Associations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor / Master Degree;
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant working experience;
  • Excellent English and Dutch – written and verbal – communication skills;
  • Experience with Campus Recruitment is a plus;
  • Ability to persuade and influence;
  • Managing stakeholders (internally and externally);
  • Able to work with people from different cultural background.

Key responsibilities

  • Set-up Campus Recruitment;
  • Represent TMF Group at recruiting events or other market activities;
  • You will be responsible for Recruitment of candidates on a Junior level;
  • Manage hiring managers and candidate relationships at a professional level;
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine business needs, identify skill gaps and solicit input on recruiting strategies;
  • Manage the whole recruitment process, from CV screening up until the offer;
  • Assist with Employer Branding projects.
