What can you expect?

Ever think, when you first started uni, that you’d be walking into a role with the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer when you finished? Well, this might be your chance to make that a reality. Because these three – eight-month placements in Focus Improvement, Goal Alignment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Leadership are your ticket to a great career path. All factory based. All full of insights that will get your career rolling.

You’ll be on the shop floor with teams. You’ll be supporting our process-to-build capability. You’ll be leading small project teams and delivering shop floor change through Total Productive Maintenance. Yes, if you’re looking for shop floor focus, new business improvement activity, the chance to manage shifts and have big responsibility for the teams delivering on them, then here… you… go!

You’ll walk out of there with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) Training/Six Sigma (White Belt Training) experience. And a TPM Training qualification to boot. Plus, a career that will give you some serious business networking and front-line manufacturing strengths for a career that could last a lifetime.

Who are we looking for?

We want people who are buzzing with energy to get out there and dedicate their passion to a career with huge development potential. This is your chance to get right into the thick of it in a serious role you can be proud of.

So it’s all about awesome team building skills and a proper sense of innovation. If there’s something that hasn’t been tried, and it feels like it might improve our processes, you’ll want to try it. Even if it challenges what normally goes down.

If you’re prepared to give it your all in an exciting and fast-paced real-world learning environment, this is it. To qualify, you’ll need a degree, if it’s in a relevant discipline all the better! What we really want to see though is your brilliant people management skills and passion for what we do best – producing delicious products!
