  • Provide first-line face-to-face and online HR support to managers and employees for all their HR needs, including ‘how-to’ process support for Workday events and other HR Systems.
  • Manage UK and Ireland cases through the case management system; this can include overlooking data entries for employee lifecycle, ad-hoc administration.
  • Take ownership of opening and closing queries, or escalating them as needed.
  • Prepare ad-hoc letters such as references, promotion and compensation changes.
  • Using the daily prioritisation report to liaise with other members of the HR department to support case management efficiency.
  • Absence & time off management.
  • Running reports and analysing data for HR Metrics
  • Responsible for managing monthly & annual employee benefits.
  • Operate new-hire and termination standard checklists.
  • Responsible for Long service scheme. 2
  • Providing support to other focus areas in HR.
  • Capture insights from the queries you resolve and use them to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee life cycle (inductions and terminations-6 week reviews)
  • Responsible for managing Transfer & Expat employees’ queries.
  • First point of contact for mobility vendors (Visa, Relocation & Tax Support), vendor initiations and follow ups.
  • Put service delivery and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
  • Regular travel between Weybridge and Basingstoke sites as required.
