The website and conversion rate optimization specialist is responsible for shaping and optimizing the user experience and conversion rate of our digital channels through in-deep data analysis, testing, UX patterns, information architecture and user story mapping. She/he will be the person that through empirical testing will take the performance of our digital channels forward in terms of UX and conversion rate. In the end she/he will become the domain expert in analytics, conversion rate optimization and digital psychology.
