INTERNSHIP AT ADIDAS
The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract.
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
For our Reebok Benelux Marketing department, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven student with a passion for sports (preferably Fitness/CrossFit), to fill a challenging internship opportunity. As an intern you will assist the Senior Manager Brand Activation and Fitness & Training Activation Manager in a wide range of operational daily work in the full range marketing field of play, including Brand Marketing, PR&Comms, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Sports Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the seasonal process of outfitting partners, including CrossFit athletes, trainers of partnership CrossFit boxes, staff of partnership gyms, Les Mills trainers and Reebok brand ambassadors
Supporting on event co-organization with CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown and Beach Throwdown
Supporting in organization of summits and brand days as part of CrossFit and Les Mills partnerships
Coordinating seasonal press day support at PR agencies
Coordinating consumer activations at retailer partners
Supporting campaign planning and executing including alignment with creative agencies and retailers
Data bank selection of relevant visuals to enhance Reebok presence via retail partners
Translating newsletters for eCom purposes

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Student of Bachelor or Master studies in Business, (Digital) Marketing, or eCommerce
Enrolled in University/College for the complete duration of the internship (6 months)
