PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION SUMMARY

Assist Investment team with tasks related to “day to day” status of video inventory. (Revision notices, tracking reports, ticket summaries, performance reports, content, positioning reports.)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist with research projects verifying viewing patterns and program performance.

• Screen programming for content and assist with commercial positions.

• Maintain/execute revision notices and assist in communications with corresponding teams – billing, traffic as well as vendors.

• Log ticket summaries.

• Review and post Cinema schedules, as needed.

• Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.

• Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes and procedures.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Understanding of computer programs (excel, word, PowerPoint)

• Detail oriented and independent (self-starter)

• Good people skills

• Strong writing and verbal skills

• Dependable in terms of attendance and hours. Expect to be on time and work hard, at a minimum, within standard working day: 9-5p.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must be able to work 40 hours/week during GTB’s regular business hours throughout the 10-week program. •

• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
