Shopper Marketing team supports all FORD customer initiatives within the shopping and consideration process.  We use data and customer behavior to provide helpful messaging in the right media channels to allow customers to make their purchase decisions.

The Optimization/Test Lab Intern will attend Ford Digital Test Lab meetings, assist the Platform Director in executing numerous media and content optimization pilots and tests and will attend data reviews with clients to determine any changes or new actions required.


  • Aid Platform Director in pre-work for meetings and organization
  • Work with PM to set up different media and content pilots
  • Work with Analytics to understand trends and insights within test data
  • Facilitate meetings, reports and communications
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System. 
  • Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Applicant must be able to work 40 hours/week during GTB’s regular business hours throughout the 10-week program.  
  • Any work schedule exceptions due to classes must be requested in writing by the intern and granted by GTB, in their sole discretion, prior to the start of the Internship Program.  At no time will an intern working less than 35 hours a week be accepted into the program.
  • Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


Aside from the daily work in their designated department, interns are required to attend/participate in the following:
