DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing/Graphic Designer who will report to the Business Manager. You will be working within the Experts & PIM’s team and supporting all of GIM, with the active role of designing screens for our software and also any future apps & widgets. You will also be tasked in the formatting of PowerPoint Presentations, and other associated documentation.

You will be working closely with the business and CEO to define and update GIM’s visual strategy aligned with AXA’s guidelines, to design and implement prototypes using InvisionApp to create material for the Experts and for our software.

You will also be working with the Business Manager and the Experts to deliver projects, involving the creation and amendments of our software and apps. You will undertake short form pitches/presentations and develop high-end, high specification designs for ‘must win’ opportunities.

Furthermore, you will become responsible for YesLearn, maintaining the training database and compiling/customising reports for the Managers and rolling out training required.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will be able to:

Maintain a proficient skill set with all necessary software including a deep knowledge of MS Office, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.

In addition, we need you to be able to use both Windows and MacOS

Understand and implement the UX Design Process from Requirement Analysis with aid from the Experts to the Visual Design and mock Prototype using just screens.

Use HTML to aid in the creation of editing AXA templates to create the latest version of Global’s Newsletters.

Remain informed of best practice and developments in design, ensuring the firm remains competitive and innovative in all markets while remaining firmly within the visual identity guidance.

Understand key messages for client or pitch/presentation opportunities, providing creative, professional and impactful creative options that are aligned with our corporate identity tenets and enhance our proposal and presentation materials.

Ensure that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are embedded in all products and processes.
