AXA Partners are looking to recruit our next Operational Planning Analyst to join the team here in Redhill. You will be working within our Customer Service department ensuring all service levels are met in the most cost-effective way while providing critical analysis and headcount modelling within the department. As our Operational Planning Analyst, you will be able to provide demonstrable experience within a similar position with an excellent understanding and delivering accurate complex management information. Contributing to the development and delivery of Customer Scope action plans and work closely with the Customer Experience manager to deliver these change projects.Some of your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited too)Forecasting and resource planning - development of a robust forecasting model to ensure that the Head of Operations is able to effectively staff the Claims and Customer Relations departments to meet agreed service levels.Accurate and timely management information - Working closely with the Head of CS to build excellent MI for day to day management.Operational responsibility – ownership of call routing, deployment routing and network portal administrationCustomer advocacy - Use knowledge and information for resource planning performance to assist the team in meeting its budgetary targets and to drive a cost-efficient operation

QUALIFICATIONS

To become our Operational Planning Analyst, you will have these skillsAbility to provide first class scheduling and forecasting strategiesCustomer focusedA team player, able to contribute significantly at senior levelExcellent numerical and analytical skillsInformation seekingGreat planning and organisational skills, and a track record of meeting deadlinesCan demonstrate innovation which delivers valueSound understanding of ACD systems, CMS , MS Visio, Workflow Management tools, Business objectsKnowledge of call centres and back office dynamicsGood IT knowledge including call and workforce management software, and telephony systems e.g. QMAXMS Excel – intermediate .
