The post requires an individual with a range of business and operational skills, but critically, who possesses a strong drive to deliver high quality services that reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and promote the wellbeing of older people across a range of community settings.

Volunteers are also crucial to the successful operating of any MHA Live at Home Scheme and the Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, selection and on-going support and supervision of all Volunteers as well as any additional staff required as the membership grows.
