Salary: £25,000 (plus £1,000 net relocation bonus)

Role responsibilities

Kantar’s Worldpanel Division is the global expert in shoppers’ behaviour.

Through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and tailored solutions, Kantar’s Worldpanel Division inspires successful decisions by brand owners, retailers, market analysts and government organisations globally.

In this Graduate analyst position you’ll grow your FMCG industry knowledge and develop your analytical ability to build stories for our clients that inspire them to make successful decisions using our world class consumer panel data.

You’ll be meeting your client contacts, building strong relationships with them to understand and answer their key business questions. To help achieve this we’ll develop and train you to use our tools and solutions to analyse data, develop insight and create presentations that communicate your point of view and recommendations.

Another key responsibility for all our client service team is spotting and developing commercial opportunities that come about through embedding ourselves in our client’s businesses – our goal and passion is to become an extension of their team, delivering best in class insights with the best solutions.

Of course you won’t be doing this on your own, you’ll have all the support and development opportunities you’ll need. You’ll also have to get to know your team and colleagues across our business, collaborating to deliver this fantastic work.

Person specification

You’ll have an engaging communication style with a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding the markets our clients operate in.

Through your work you’ll have an interest in data and numbers and a desire to share ideas with your colleagues and contribute to the overall team objectives.

You’ll have a fascination for consumers, how they behave and the choices they make combined with commercial acumen and the willingness to meet sales targets.

Passion and drive to support our strong business growth by spotting opportunities with your clients and meeting sales targets.

Minimum requirements (essentials)

  • 2:2 or above University degree
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Our selection process aims to match the best candidate to our graduate programme. We do this by assessing your abilities using a variety of tools throughout our recruitment process.

You can expect to complete an online test, be available for a telephone interview and have the time to prepare a presentation which you will be expected to deliver at assessment day which will be held on date and venue TBC.
