The Coordinator Office Support takes ownership for the overall quality and performance of the work performed by the department and ensures that all the department activities and deliveries are fully aligned with project requirements/ standards/ requirements/ regulations.
You are responsible for allocating resources to ensure that tasks are completed per schedule, quality and in compliance with project and department requirements, Company policies and procedures, and industry regulations. You are accountable for developing and maintaining synergies through the department.
You apply and maintain company policies and procedures in support of your respective expertise area and/or population with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.
You shall lead the department employees and ensure they have the right (level of) competencies to deliver the work results in time and within budget. You ensure/ shall oversee resource allocation, employee development and talent development. The team consists of around 14 permanent employees and a few contractors. This team is responsible for coordinating travel, document controllers and project engineering and department assistants.
Your daily tasks will be, but are not limited to:
Quality and performance of the department:
Provide clear expectations and goals of safety and quality of all department deliveries and ensure they are aligned with the project needs, Group Standards/procedures, (if applicable) Client’s requirements and international/ local law and regulations.
Ensure that all department deliveries are within the agreed criteria (or example time constraints, budget, clients requirements or Group Standards).
Ensurance of developing and manage talent and skills
Understand project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations of staff capabilities.
Ensure that department employees have the right (level of) competencies to enable both current and future business priorities and needs. Promote talents, give continuous feedback and coach your direct reports.
Developing and maintain synergies within and with other departments
