We are looking to recruit a Patient Experience Administrator to work 40 hours per week at our Digital Pharmacy based in Lostock, Bolton.

The proposed shift pattern is:

Monday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Wednesday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm

This vacancy is on a Fixed Term Basis for 6 months. However, this may be reviewed prior to the contract end date.

Brief Role Description

As a patient experience administrator you will be involved in the beginning and end stages of the customer journey. The most important part of the digital experience is ensuring the patient’s expectations are managed and any queries dealt with in a prompt and timely manner.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for ensuring seamless end to end delivery of the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Working closely with other teams throughout the process (surgeries, dispensary, goods out, store teams as well as couriers) to complete the patients digital journey
  • Communicating with new and existing customers as well as helping with their digital experience
  • Accurately administrating customer account details using multiple systems
  • Responding to online customer enquiries (email & live chat)
  • Working a variety of production processes to deliver our services
  • Provide outstanding customer service to help meet key targets

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualification Required

  • Proven background of working within a busy customer services environment
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise activities to meet customer and business expectations
  • Ability to demonstrate a consistent and friendly approach to customers whilst promoting a professional service
  • Establish the needs of patients and how these effect your interactions with the customer

  • Customer experience
