We're growing our EMEA Marketing organization to support our rapidly scaling business. We’re seeking an experienced, high caliber Partner Marketing Manager who is passionate about working with partners on joint marketing programs, from ideation to execution.

The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and drive high touch partner marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and increase win rates. The primary focus will be BENELUX partners, with some work expected in Germany and the UK. This include ongoing partner communications, supporting partner events and sharing of best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive marketing programs from planning, execution, to tracking results. Understand sales & partner needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing for top territory accounts, aligned with sales teams goals
  • Track program results, measuring success, and reporting metrics. Prepare and deliver program reviews, present executive summaries
  • Participate with Sales team, in the development of regular frequency partner business plans in region that tie to partner and Mendix business goals
  • Identify and qualify potential partners for value differentiation and lead generation.
  • Ensure flawless execution of customer and sales facing events and manage the delivery and execution of key Mendix marketing deliverables
  • Maintain quarterly budgets and partner MDFs, regular budget reporting
  • Provide leadership on partner requirements for corporate run marketing programs and campaigns as voice-of-the-partners to ensure field is getting what they need to support business growth effectively

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, with field or partner marketing background
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment is extremely important
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales and channel management, previous sales experience is a plus
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
  • Strong background in metrics tracking, experience with sales and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, a sense of urgency and tie to business objectives
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Education: BA or BS minimum
