Working at Otrium

As Customer Happiness Team lead you’ll be managing our customer happiness team and you’ll ensure a smile on Otrium’s customers' faces.

At Otrium we put our customer first, and we enable our team to act upon that philosophy. Each order adds towards the Customer Happiness Budget, that can be freely spent by the customer happiness team to help, thank and surprise our customers.

Otrium has grown tremendously in the past year, and this growth is showing no signs of slowing down. This growth creates the need to introduce new processes that allow for consistent high quality, yet spontaneous, customer interactions. You will lead the creation of these processes and motivate our team to use them in overwhelming our audience in happiness.

We're looking forward for an ambitious starter at the beginning of her of his career. You are freshly graduated or have some work experience, and you want to help building one of the fastest growing start-ups in the Netherlands with us.

Otrium is the first-class fashion outlet. Our members get access to the most fashionable brands at unbeatable prices, instantly delivered to their doorstep.

Otrium was started in 2015 and has since grown to over 500.000 members, over 100 brands and a team of more than 40. Through an amazing team effort we’ve been able to grow very hard in the past year. On a day to day basis you will:

  • Helping our clients through mail and phonecalls
  • Lead and organise our customer happiness team as team lead
  • Create processes and manuals that enable our customer happiness team to put Otrium’s customers first;
  • Strive to continually improve the tools, channels, innovations and pages that we use to interact with our customers;
  • Enjoy breaking growth records together with the team and celebrating them!

What we are looking for:

  • You already have some work experience, through work and extra-curricular activities you have experience in organising, leading and working with customers;
  • You have a super happy and positive energy and love to talk and laugh with customers, and inspire your colleagues;
  • You are extremely proactive and have proven to be able to bring your ideas to working solutions;
  • Learning new things is part of who you are;
  • You are fun, energetic and you fit in the team.
