Developing our greatest asset: our people

Our people are our greatest asset and investing in attracting, retaining and developing everyone is a top priority. Working in Human Resources is more than payroll and benefits; we have programs to recruit and train our talent as well as help them build fulfilling, rewarding careers. We’re constantly adding new initiatives to create engaged employees who are developing new skills. Joining our community means impacting millions of people and making sure we have the right talent to innovate for the future.

What we offer

Experience the breadth of opportunities in the human resources at one of the world’s largest financial services firms. This two to three-year rotational program will develop your core skills, and help you make connections that advance your career.

On-the-job experience

You’ll contribute to initiatives involving compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. Your work might include creating and presenting data packages to senior leaders and collaborating on compensation and succession plans.

Training

You’ll begin with a two- to three-week induction training, which provides an overview of human resources and the firm’s business lines, and professional and technical skills development. You’ll benefit from continued training and attend speaker and networking events.

Career progression

After successfully completing the program, highly-motivated Analysts will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities. You’ll be able to explore opportunities within Human Resources, either in a corporate group or and individual line of business.

What you'll do

While your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the function and line of business, you’ll make a direct impact on our employee programs. Projects may include contributing to our industry-leading performance management, training and development programs; working on recruiting and diversity initiatives; learning how to build successful teams; and working with business partners on strategy, planning and project management.

You’ll analyze data and present to senior business leaders, help with program management and work with businesses to improve training. By owning projects right from the beginning, you’ll refine your skills while building your professional network across the firm through mentorships and working with senior leaders.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for highly motivated, analytical and passionate people who will challenge the way we do things and aren’t intimidated to provide feedback so we can improve. You should be flexible, adaptable and enjoy working with people from various backgrounds and parts of the world. We’re always looking for innovative ways to improve our processes and engage employees, so bring your best ideas.

Key Skills

Those with strong project management, communication, interpersonal skills and strategic thinking will do well in our teams. You should be collaborative, open to new challenges, a natural problem solver and take ownership of your work.
