The Fixed Income Research Full-time Analyst Program begins in mid-July with direct placement on a desk. With a flat structure, the Analyst Program includes the opportunity to collaborate and learn from experienced professionals and to participate in practical workshops, a structured mentor-and-buddy program and organised social events.

Analysts begin with the Firmwide Institutional Securities training program in London with peers from Institutional Equity, Fixed Income & Commodities, Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Equity Research, Investment Management and Private Wealth Management. The training covers financial modelling, capital markets and enables Analysts to gain a broad understanding of each business in the Institutional Securities Group. Analysts then undertake the Sales & Trading specific training, which generally consists of intensive IT training, Excel and desk-specific applications, practical skills sessions and Regulatory exam FCA preparation.
