As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll provide 24/7 unparalleled customer service to our clients from hardware to software issues in more than 18 languages. Language skills are critical in this role, so we’re always looking for candidates fluent in a second language other than English. Through our professional training program we will make sure that you are ready to provide outstanding customer service to Bloomberg’s 325,000 clients and 19,000 employees – and you’ll never stop learning and developing your career.

Bloomberg Customer Support is the right fit if you’re professional, personable, intelligent and love to help people out. You’re a solution-provider, with a real passion for providing platinum customer service and thrive on being on the front line, handling customer calls. The BCS training program, spanning nine weeks, encompasses instructor-led sessions, guided activities, coaching and application. You’ll gain an understanding of Bloomberg, our services and the role of Customer Support, and contribute by interacting with clients and working as part of a 500 strong global team within a company with a unique culture.
Where & when
The program takes place in our London office. We hire for a variety of training classes over the course of the year. Roles are also available on other regions – use the drop down menu to see programs where you live.
