Your Programme

You will join a formal Rotational Graduate Programme, and over the first 3 years you will undertake up to six, 6-month placements, working across the business and with colleagues of all levels, gaining a valuable insight into a fast-paced business area. 

For our 2020 intake, we are looking for talented graduates who have a passion for advancing their career within wealth management. Our General Management Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to work within a wide variety of departments across the entire business, and your journey could take you forward to career opportunities in Corporate Strategy, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, Investment Management, HR, Risk, and Technology Services, to name just a few.

About You

We are looking for aspiring leaders who are passionate, creative and forward-thinking with exceptional interpersonal skills. We are looking for team players with a positive and conscientious attitude, an abundance of curiosity and a desire to develop their knowledge and career.  You will need to have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points in your A Level results and be on track or have achieved at least a 2.1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
