Main Purpose of the Job:

To act as a front-line ambassador for the division, managing day to day operations for 5 national locations, meeting expectations of internal and external clients.  The post holder will provide assistance in ensuring St. James’s Place Cirencester portfolio remains operationally effective. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • First line enquiries for Commercial Stationery, Couriers, Postage, Archiving & Pitney Bowes (Franking Machines)
  • Daily reconciliation of courier bags sent nationally ensuring delivered within set SLA and escalate accordingly
  • Arrange adhoc courier bookings for the business keeping track of spend vs budget on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate half-yearly archiving reports and reconciliations for Cirencester and all Locations ensuring completed in line with GDPR
  • Process invoices on a monthly basis for the 5 operational areas making sure it reconciles against expected spend.  Any queries with spend to be challenged with supplier in a timely manner
  • Review Meeting Room Manager daily for the frequent amends to room bookings, room set up - layout for 9 rooms across 2 St. James’s Place buildings
  • Place orders for stationery covering all Cirencester buildings ensuring sufficient stock levels maintained and challenging items requested outside the core order pad
  • Provide first line support for multi-function print devices including replacement and ordering of toner cartridges, clearing paper jams and arranging engineer call-outs

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of the computerised franking machine (desirable, but training will be provided)
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Hold a full clean driving licence as it will be a requirement to drive the Company Van between St. James’s Place Locations
  • Be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling (training will be given)
