The Global Competence Centre provides expert advice to our customers, develop global standards, tools and processes, implement best practices and support and share knowledge with our customer centers and site-based teams worldwide. As Group Leader Maintenance & Asset Management, you are in the lead as Competence Owner for our international organization and drive new innovation and develop new service strategies with the objective to exceed customer expectations. You have a strategic long term view on development of business and competence needs and able to implement in the organization.
