Our aim is to provide you with on-the-job experience of all operational aspects of sales in a large international company. You’ll be working across a wide variety of roles and teams, giving you great insight into building customer relationships, positioning new digital offerings and working across customer-focused teams.

You could find yourself rotating through different areas or in a structured two-year sales programme in one discipline depending on the business area you’re in. However your programme is structured you'll get all the training, support and development you need to give you the confidence to sell to a range of global and multinational clients.

You’ll get plenty of personal development opportunities too, with strategic projects, support from a great network of graduates and mentoring from one of our senior managers. For the very top performers may get the opportunity for experience overseas in some areas of the business.
