Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter (32-40 hours/week) to join our team at Applied Medical’s European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Together with our team of recruiters you are primarily responsible for supporting and advising the hiring managers throughout the internal recruitment process for all open vacancies within Applied Medical Europe. This includes our open vacancies at our headquarters located in Amersfoort (NL) and for our sales teams located in 15 EU countries. You will search and identify qualified candidates for the open vacancies utilizing all tools available such as job boards, social networks and internal referrals etc. Together with the Recruitment Team you will take initiatives to further develop recruitment to support the organization in the most optimal way, including the use of our ATS system (applicant tracking system).

You will be part of the Recruitment team and report to the Manager Recruitment. Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and advice the Hiring Managers throughout the complete recruitment process
  • Effectively and timely source and attract suitable candidates for company vacancies using different tools (social media platforms, jobboards etc.)
  • Support with and advise the Hiring Managers on the selection process, including CV reviewing, telephone screenings, interviews, recruitment events, etc.
  • Act as system expert for the company wide ATS system, providing support and training to the hiring managers
  • Communicate with applicants and keep the ATS system updated
  • Work according to the recruitment procedures and strategies of Applied Medical, monitoring that these are followed
  • Perform administrative tasks e.g. write and post vacancies (ads)
  • Initiate and maintain cooperation’s with “key” schools to create awareness and interest for Applied as a future employer
  • Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand of Applied Medical
  • Work on recruitment related key projects
  • Suggest specific and overall improvements
  • Facilitate recruitment workshop for internal team members and hiring managers
  • Attend (internal & external) trainings and events as deemed necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment
  • Proficient with social media recruitment platforms
  • Experience with an ATS system is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch is required
  • Knowledge of other European languages is preferred
  • Work experience in an international environment is preferred
