If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then come and find out more about EACH.

We are keen to hear about your personal and professional career aspirations and to meet with you to talk about and show you what exciting opportunities are available across EACH.

We can answer any questions you have about the working environment, skills required and the continued professional development in providing children’s hospice care.

We are currently recruiting for care assistants for our hospice service at The Nook, Framlingham Earl, Norwich.

Great candidates who may not be currently working with children but have previous relevant experience and are interested in refreshing their skills are welcomed to apply.

This role will involve shift work (including long days) to cover 24 hours / 7 days per week / 365 days per year.

We provide care and support for all family members in our hospice buildings and in families’ homes. We also often ‘in-reach’ schools and hospitals to work alongside our statutory sector colleagues.

The hospice environment offers free parking, tranquil surroundings and subsidised meals. As a values driven organisation, with a national and international reputation, we offer our staff a competitive package (including NHS pension if already contributing), extensive development and training opportunities, generous annual leave entitlement and a flexible work-life balance.

We offer flexible working opportunities including long shifts, part-time and flexible working patterns, such as weekend working only.

We offer care and support for children and young people with life-threatening conditions and support families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our care and support is tailored for the needs of all family members and delivered where the families wish – in their own home, at hospital, in the community or at one of three hospices in Ipswich, Milton and Quidenham.
