Due to the outstanding fleet growth and overall business development of the Exotic Car Collection, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative. The position will be based at our Staines Head Office and will be working as part of the team to help deliver excellent customer service, process reservations and enquiries.   

About the Role:

The role will require a strong level of communication and the ability to articulate yourself to a high net worth customer base whilst processing important information.  

There will be high volumes of reservation management, hire monitoring and fleet organization. Therefore, we are looking for a hardworking, efficient person who has previous experience in customer service and phone handling. The role will involve analysing and processing the enquiries from the Exotics website. As well as this you will be responsible for liaising directly with outside vendors.   

It goes without saying that Customer Service experience is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to display the understanding of exceeding customer expectations in a non-customer facing environment.

The role is located within the Exotics Car Collections Department at our group administrative office which is located in Staines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers & Enterprise Teams - Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other service to our customers.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls – Processing reservations, rate quotes, general enquiries, providing information and resolution for our customers, branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks and accounts receivables.
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance. Booking vehicles around the UK to facilitate the logistical process.
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
  • Ensuring protection & privacy of customer data.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work full time in the UK without restriction
