Who we're looking for

As New Product Introduction Project Manager, you will responsible to deliver the assigned European roadmap to the published timescales from an Operations perspective, ensuring that all issues are flagged and resolved in a timely fashion and that Operations project related actions in the Core team are completed and communicated (By target First Customer Shipment date. This includes planning and pulling the deliverables through from other departments to introduce new products into the supply chain to meet the First Customer Shipment targets.

Your daily activities will consist of:

  • Act as the reference point for New Product request or changes
  • Responsible for Life Cycle Management of product throughout the Supply Chain
  • Ensure all information is collected from other departments to setup the Bill of Material
  • Pulling through the deliverables from other departments to meet the agreed First Customer Shipment (FCS) date
  • Create a product introduction planning in line with the target FCS date
  • Onboard and instruct suppliers for the delivery of new components
  • Calculate the most efficient supply chain setup
  • Agree Ramp Up schedule with the manufacturing team for new product launches
  • Report project status, product release dates and deliverables that move onto critical path Plan First Article Inspection prior to First Customer Shipment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of planning or operations project management experience Experience with MS Office Applications including MS Project or Workfront
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English, Fluency in Dutch would be advantageous although not essential.
  • Assertive, pro-active style with sense of urgency
  • Excellent planning and time management capabilities Ability to analyse problems, find creative solutions, & deliver against deadlines
