For our team based at our HQ in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a dedicated Strategic Account Manager (International) who will be responsible for leading the sales cycles and managing the relation of cross regional (multi national) named accounts with a focus on:

  • Identify and lead sales cycles for DC business for multi national ‘corridors’. This is direct revenue, not booked in the regions.
  • Lead the sales cycle of prospective named accounts with the aim to convert into framework agreements and rolling out these framework agreements in the regions, ensuring local execution and revenue generation. This is overlay revenue, booked in the regions.

You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer.

Your daily activities will consist of:

  • Identify and lead multi national sales cycles for DC business and manage the accounts after close of the sale
  • Manage relationships with EVBox’s large international named accounts and conduct Quality Business Reviews on a regular basis
  • Build lasting and strong relationships with named accounts
  • Represent the named account’s business interests within EVBox
  • Develop and implement business plans focused on local roll out with EVBox local sales teams and named accounts
  • Identify new prospective multi national opportunities and develop those into framework agreements
  • Provide sales forecasts for direct business as well for overlay business in agreement with EVBox local sales teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of EVBox’s entire product line
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and framework contracts
  • Analyse and anticipate on market developments relevant to the named accounts
  • Monitor and report on local activities and provide relevant management information
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/Experience:

  • Circa 5+ years of direct B2B strategic sales experience in relevant Enterprise Market segments
  • Experience in developing commercial value propositions
  • Experience in writing proposals, developing presentations and presenting to clients
  • Experience in using a CRM tool to provide regular management reports is highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating between multiple cross functional internal teams as well as with complex customer organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a proactive approach
  • Job will require 30-50% travel, dependent on customer assignment and business needs

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge about EV charging market
  • Program and account management

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing, and sales focused
  • Ability to effectively connect on different levels within the customer and EVBox organization
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other European language
  • High ability to execute and convert plans into actions and follow them through
