As a Buying Assistant you'll be joining our rapidly expanding team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Buying function, working in a fast paced and reactive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the Cycle Republic Commercial team including;

  • End to end ownership of new product setup
  • Maintenance of supplier details
  • Supply setup for new web exclusive lines
  • Housekeeping of article statuses
  • Maintenance of product pricing
  • Creation of promotions
  • Maintenance of in store ticketing
  • Providing support to the Cycle Republic digital team in setting up products on cyclerepublic.com

  Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to source product information independently
  • Attention to detail and confident in self-checking work
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks within given time constraints
  • Ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within and outside the organization
  • A passion for our products
