TicketSwap is on a journey to becoming the world’s favorite place for fans to buy and sell tickets. We experience lots of challenges while scaling the platform. To deliver the best user experience possible, we need to make sure we have great response times all over the globe. Sometimes we'll have to survive huge spikes in traffic (Kingsday in the Netherlands anyone? 🤴). What you can expect from the work

  • You’ll be part of our Product team with more than 30 people.
  • You'll be working with other developers, and you build scalable infrastructure that allows them to release and deploy without any hassle.
  • You’ll own multiple services and applications, and make sure these are reliable and have appropriate monitoring set up.
  • You’ll keep production infrastructure up-to-date, secure and running.
  • We run on AWS and use different kinds of tools to automate things. We are a huge fan of Terraform and Kubernetes. You love to automate things and make things more efficient.
  • Technologies we are using: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CircleCI, Prometheus, Terraform, Kafka, AWS, Redshift, Presto, Elastic Search, Spark and many more 😉

About you

  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.
  • You have a cloud mindset and are fascinated by automation.
  • Good communication skills: you are able to explain technical problems and projects to the rest of the company.
  • Obsessed about security and data protection.
  • You are result driven and focus on business value.
  • You are the person that gets things done and doesn’t leave things at 90%.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast moving environment. An environment where we challenge everything and everyone, and embrace change.
