About the roles

First and foremost these are guest facing roles to support and engage with guests, offering a Bricktacular experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. BOOM!

Guest Experience Host

Working as part of our attractions team, you will go out of your way to ensuring our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction, perhaps within our 4D cinema experience or you could be safely assisting guests to enjoy our rides, entertainment, or LEGO workshops at our Discovery Centre. A confident communicator, you'll be happy to help with guests’ queries and questions and engage with visitors of all ages.

Admissions Host

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, selling and checking tickets, answering any questions guests may have, acting as a sales representative and be the driving force for our Annual Pass sales and duel attraction Combi-ticket sales for the year.

You will need to maintain a high level of presentation, be happy to use our ticketing system and be confident in dealing with cash and credit card payments.

Food and Beverage Host

This is a busy guest-facing role in which you will deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of our guests through efficient food preparation, production and service. You will ensure all areas are kept clean and well stocked, working well within the team to promote a culture of fun in order to deliver excellent guest service.

Retail Host

Whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on the latest LEGO set, you'll have the confidence to suggest products that our guests may want to purchase or be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. You'll always strive to boost revenue and smash daily targets whilst demonstrating LEGOtastic customer service. Ideally you will have prior experience of working in a retail environment as well as upselling to every guest every time.

These roles are Part Time and offered on a Seasonal contract, working a variety of shifts including weekends and bank holidays as required. They will include school holidays and flexibility will be required as times and dates of shifts may vary.

About you

It goes without saying that you'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment that puts the customer at the heart of everything. You'll be able to demonstrate how your customer service skills are wicked-cool and that you're a natural when it comes to interacting with people of all ages. You will also need to be flexible and highly-self-motivated in order to remain focused in this fast paced and totally awesome environment.

Whichever department you choose to apply to, you will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of enthusiasm and mind-bopping energy, and be a reliable team player - I am so pumped up!
