What’s exciting about this role?

This role will provide you with exposure to large portions of our business. You will have the opportunity to lead on business-wide projects that influence the efficiency and outputs of our franchise teams. Furthermore, you will be the expertise at the core of the business, being responsible for multiple processes and ensuring timely completion of business-critical activities.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support as required by the business, including Oncology Leadership Team members where applicable

• Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including travel, accommodation and IT set up (e.g., video conferencing, WebEx)

• Managing Purchase Orders (requests, managing shopping carts, goods receipting, uplifting, tracking)

• Budget spend tracking and financial reconciliation

• Proactive customer & vendor liaison for e.g. obtaining quotes, negotiations to drive cost savings, obtaining payment-related information, requesting amendments to work undertaken

• Drive continuous simplification / improvement of processes falling within the scope of the BPP role through cross-team collaboration

• Work effectively and collaboratively with BPP population and with Oncology Business Unit associates to ensure consistency in process implementation, management and to mitigate if any knowledge gaps

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 GCSE passes grades A-C including mathematics

• English Language or equivalent

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, previous SAP and Zinc experience is desirable

• Demonstration of good communication, organisation and solutions skills.

• Prior experience in administrative and office tasks as per this position profile

• Ability to be flexible, diligent, accurate and show respect for confidentiality
