Warehouse Office on a full-time, fix term basis based in Beckton, London! Our Beckton office hours are 8am - 4:30pm, in return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As the Office Administrator you will assist the General Manager in all administration duties including, reporting, health & safety, ordering and HR.

Responsibilities of our Office Administrator will include:

  • Update budget and cost reports
  • Keep accurate records of staff holidays & update necessary boards & folders
  • Manage Health & Safety processes including risk assessments and induction tours
  • Perform and log weekly fire alarm tests and periodic evacuations
  • Manage facility maintenance
  • Assist with ordering stationary and new store opening packages
  • Log store discrepancies
  • Process made to measure suits & shirt orders

Our Office Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Communicates effectively with upper management, forwarders and suppliers
  • Shows an eagerness to develop and acts on own initiative
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Previous office admin experience not essential but preferred
