The Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to work in Maastricht to support one of our highly respected and well established RPO clients. They are a global leader within the Pharma space.

Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of permanent roles based in the Netherlands.

We are looking for someone to build long-term client relationships by implementing best practice right across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
  • Build strong relationships with client senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and impart market insight on industry trends and best attraction methodologies
  • Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
  • Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
  • Support the overall service delivery targets

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • significant Recruitment experience gained within an Agency, RPO or inhouse environment, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
  • Previous experience of recruiting within the finance/shared services market
  • It would be beneficial to have had exposure to the pharmaceutical/bio sectors, but this is not essential
  • Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required
  • Comfortability with remote-management and being part of a wider European team
  • Recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability in a changing environment, being able to manage changes in processes swiftly
