Is this you?

  • You are at the beginning of your career (experience < 1 year)
  • Experience working with HTML/CSS and/or Javascript
  • You are interested in a technical role within CRM field
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken
  • You are familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Email Service Providers is a big plus
  • You have (intern) experience with email marketing or as part of a service desk

Your role in our team and our department

As our CRM Support, you will help our brands to send the most effective marketing communication to millions of our customers. As part of the role you will be handling various tasks, such as, creating customer selections, updating images, modifying user permissions and creating templates.

As well as that, you will seek out scalable solutions and train our email coordinators to use our systems. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our CRM team – which is a cross-functional team made up of creative, analytical & technical roles. The team is located across Amsterdam and Denmark, consisting of CRM specialists, as well as e-mail coordinators across our brands (VERO MODA, JACK & JONES, SELECTED FEMME, …)
