Maven is a proprietary trading organisation formed in 2011. We employ the most talented traders, developers and engineers in the market, executing a diverse range of strategies across global equities and derivatives. As a Maven graduate you will complete an intensive training program run by our most talented traders including classroom sessions, mock trading, project work and programming course. We will teach you the skills to trade with the latest tools available. You will be executing live trades within 3 months of starting and rotating through a number of desks before you find your ideal team. We aim to give you responsibility for the profit and loss of your book as soon as you are ready.
We are looking for applicants from any quantitative background with a competitive nature, a strong understanding of probability and statistics, and an interest in financial markets.
