Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Deployment Internships are available at Airbus within the Broughton plant in the Tooling & Maintenance department.
The Tooling and Maintenance organisation provides maintenance, calibration, certification and component manufacture across a broad range of installed assets and hand tools within the Broughton Plant. The assets include mechanical and electrical CNC machinery, conventional production machinery, paint shops and chemical processing plants and are serviced by teams of internal skilled employees and contractors. The CMMS provides data to enable monitoring, management and improvement of these asset’s reliability; crucial to the efficient manufacture of wings.
This Internship will develop ability of Airbus to maximize the benefits of a comprehensive maintenance planning tool. The successful candidate will influence key stakeholders and strategic decisions to create an effective maintenance service.
