Job description

Help current and prospective customers find immediate and sustained value in their use of OpsGenie by serving as a resource for your assigned accounts by helping them increase utilization and adoption. How do you know if this is a fit for you?

You are not a developer, but you have enough technical understanding to be able to learn, brainstorm, communicate and configure OpsGenie’s capabilities to meet customer needs. You will be expected to monitor the performance of your accounts. Learn to use and demonstrate the Opsgenie product to then be able to teach customers how to use it. Stay up-to-date on our product’s features and value proposition. Routinely engage with customers to monitor and assess the impact of changes within their teams, systems and businesses needs. Identify and distinguish between at risk accounts and key accounts. You will need to document all activities, tasks, reminders and other data in Atlassian internal systems. Attend conferences and trade shows to represent Atlassian. You will uncover additional opportunities to help your customers succeed, while growing their adoption of Atlassian solutions. You will define and maintain a calendar of interactions and follow-ups throughout the customer life-cycle. Document customer pain points and product ideas and share these with internal Atlassian Teams (PM, Marketing, etc). You will be the internal advocate for your customers and collaborate with others in the company to raise the entire CS Team’s level of performance.

More about you
