As a Customer Service Agent at Paylogic, you will work in a dynamic team in Groningen. You will be responsible for answering all sort of questions from customers by phone, mail, social media and other online channels. In addition, you will complete phone orders, resolve payment issues and take other ticketing-related tasks.
We are looking for team players who are focussed on working properly, timely and accurately while processing incoming calls or messages through different channels. You will be working in a professional team with agents, Coördinators and a Manager. Therefore, we expect that you are able to maintain the team spirit. You will report directly to the manager of Customer Service.
