About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in IT at Kraft Heinz. This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering for Kraft Heinz. 

As we continue to increase our analytics capabilities, we would like a motivated intern to join the team. The intern will be working Management Office.

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

IT Analytics

  • Working with the Global Analytics team and our Centre of Excellence to align the approach and contribute to process improvements.
  • Help build a roadmap of what is needed in the factories.
  • Working closely with the Analytics EMEA team.
  • Understanding and helping with our training program.
  • In the Manufacturing space, gain clarity on required reporting within factories.
  • A small amount of admin related tasks to ensure our vendors are paid on time and in full 

Project Management Intern

  • Governance/Process: Supporting PMO in managing the category program
  • Reporting: Supporting the tracking and reporting of the category program
  • System: Developing and maintaining System Administrator skills for the program management tool
  • Training: Assisting with training in the category on process and systems as required

Qualifications

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree, or pursuing your master’s degree.
  • For Project Management intern preferably: Business Administration, Management, Strategy
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required.

  • An interest in Analytics and Big Data
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.

  • Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.

  • Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

  • Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
